Psychology

As a psychologist, I support individuals and companies in developing self-awareness and nervous-system regulation. By integrating mind and body, my work helps cultivate agency, clarity, and grounded well-being.

Yoga

I completed my 200-hour RYT in India in 2018 and have since taken over 200+ hours of training in somatics, functional anatomy, yin–yang balance, and embodied insight. I’m continuously studying and refining my approach. I teach weekly classes, psychosomatic workshops, and host retreats.

Academics

I am a PhD candidate at the First Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, studying how interoceptive awareness and a balanced time perspective interact to support psychological functioning and well-being.
