As a psychologist, my goal is to guide my clients towards self-awareness through emotional and nervous system regulation. Everything we face in life involves both our psychology and biology. Therefore, I seek solutions that address both the mind and the body. I work with individuals and companies to help them feel good and perform well in life.
I started studying yoga asana and yogic philosophy in India during my Yoga Alliance teacher training in 2018. Since then, l've completed many trainings in various modalities and I am a 350 RYT (registered yoga teacher). I teach group classes at Tiyya Yoga Studio in Wroctaw, as well as host psychosomatic workshops and wellness yoga retreats.
I am currently a PhD candidate at the First Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague. My research is focused on how interception (body awareness) and a balanced time perspective (present moment awareness) benefit mental health.
