My name is Olga Klamut-Popińska.

- Ola for short.

I have a deep curiosity for life and a passion for understanding the human experience. Professionally, I work as a psychologist, yoga teacher, somatic stress release practitioner, and a PhD student and researcher in medical psychology.

My story

I grew up between Poland and the United States, and this dual cultural upbringing has shaped the way I understand people and their inner worlds. After completing my master’s degree in psychology, I spent several years living, working, and studying in different parts of the world. These experiences deepened my interest in the mind–body connection, especially as I explored somatics, yoga, and contemplative practices. A period of study in India, where I completed a yoga teacher training, marked a natural transition into a more reflective phase of my life.
Returning to Poland opened a chapter of focused personal and professional development. I engaged in long-term therapy and mentorship, while continuing to study somatics and meditation. Professionally, I worked in diverse settings - from supporting neurodivergent children through movement and somatic tools, to working in psychiatric inpatient facilities and oncology care, where I helped patients develop body awareness and pain-management strategies.
These combined experiences eventually led me to pursue a PhD in medical psychology, where I study how interoceptive awareness and time perspective influence mental health. What once felt like separate disciplines: psychology, somatics, contemplative work, and scientific research - now form a cohesive framework in my practice.

In 2023, I opened my private practice in Wrocław, Poland, where I work with individual clients as well as companies. I support people both locally and worldwide through consultations, workshops, and long-term programs.
I believe that my ability to support others is strengthened by maintaining my own clarity, self-awareness, and grounded well-being. Authenticity, respect, and a realistic understanding of the human experience guide the way I work.
