As a psychologist, my goal is to guide my clients towards self awareness, through emotional and nervous system regulation. Everything that we're faced with in life involves both our psychology and biology, therefore I seek solutions within both the mind and body. I work with individual clientele and companies to simply feel and do good in life.
I started studying yoga asana and yogic philosophy in India during my Yoga Alliance teacher training in 2018. Since then, I've completed many trainings in various modalities and I am a 350 RYT (registered yoga teacher). I teach group classes at Tiyya Yoga Studio in Wrocław, as well as host psychosomatic workshops and wellness yoga retreats.
I am currently a PhD candidate at the First Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague. My research is focused on how interception (body awareness) and a balanced time perspective (present moment awareness) benefit mental health.
