Mind-body connection

I went to my first yoga class in 2013. This was the beginning of my fascination with the mind-body connection, as yoga helped me overcome my own autoimmune health issues. In 2018, while travelling around India, I completed my Yoga Alliance teacher training in Dharamshala.
Since then, I've undertaken a variety of training programs, including yoga therapy, yin yoga, myofascial release, vinyasa, pranayama, and yogic philosophy, earning a 350hr RYT certification.
Today, I instruct group classes at Tiyya Yoga Studio in Wrocław and organize psychosomatic workshops and wellness yoga retreats.
